We welcome Ellen French to the #Alembikawomen family, here are her answers to our 5 questions…
What do you do (or did you do) for work?
I am retired now, but I worked as the Assistant Vice President to a sales organization for many years before. I was also a religious school teacher.
What do you do when you don’t know what to do?
I walk my dog! He is a chiwawa-terrier mix with tons of personality. I also love taking classes, being involved in my community, and wearing Alembika dresses!
What would you do if you had the whole day for yourself?
I love taking long walks so I would start with that. I would stop at a wonderful cafe or meet with some friends for a lovely dinner later in the evening. I also would go to my Friday night service and group afterwards.
What do you love most about being a woman?
As a woman I love being independent and strong and creative. I enjoy having the fellowship of other creative and intelligent women, where we can learn together and conversate.
What is the one piece of clothing you cannot live without?
I couldn’t do without one of my hats on! I have one for each occasion.
