My Tai Chi teacher said something last week that resonated with me and became my new mantra: “Instead of holding things together, let them fall into place.”
I am often holding; holding my body, my thoughts, my truths, my family. All together, tightly.
But sometimes, when I let go, something shifts and opens.
In Tai Chi, my form flows more naturally. I can feel the chi moving through me. Everything just falls into place.
Can you trust that things will fall into place when you relax?
