Tai Chi calls us to relax but not to collapse, to be soft but strong. I feel empowered by that. It feels good to be strong and soft.

When we are assertive, it doesn’t mean we are aggressive. I used to confuse the two, especially as a woman in business.

  1. Deep breathing, and taking a walk in the midst of a busy stressful time helps me to get back my balance, both psychologically and physically.
