I tend to forget to breathe. I only notice it when I need it as a tool which I’ve been using a lot lately. I take many deep breaths during the day. I fall asleep feeling my breath in my belly, I love when I connect to my breath and I see how helpful it is when I feel anxious, sad or angry. It brings me back home, to myself. 

But in between deep breaths, I tend to forget about it. I understand why we need reminders. Life is hectic; things constantly come our way, we forget to pause and breathe, but when we do, it’s so worth it.
