It is Passover and Easter this week. I love the holidays, not so much for the religious part. I did not grow up with that side of it but the culture of getting together around a table with people I love and eating together is priceless. 
Many of us live far away from each other and holidays bring us together.
And what is more joyful than cooking and sharing food?
It’s an opportunity to dress up too, of course!
