I’m so happy that my Feldenkrais teacher, Barbara Forbes, is joining our next Zoom Café! The Feldenkrais Method is about making small movements that make big differences in the way we feel in our bodies… It requires gentle attention and listening. It’s a great reminder of how little is required of us to feel better! Mainly, we need awareness.
