In dark times, when I can’t find words, and it’s hard to find that quiet place we all have inside us, I go back to the book When Things Fall Apart by Pema Chodron which helps me reset and connect to the compassionate me and the human being I want to be.
These dark days teach me to stay connected to what’s important, to not avoid the deep sorrow I feel and not to be afraid to be vocal.
Here is something I read this morning that can help many of us put words into what the Jewish community feels these days:

Make it a good Tuesday,
Yael

God bless Israel and the Jewish people..
May we all find comfort in these dark times. There will be a time again for love and laughter.
