I haven’t met anyone who has a full night’s sleep unless they are 25 years old.
I feel we can all text each other between 2:00am to 5:00am and get many texts back 🙂
My awake hours begin around 2:30am. My routine is going to the bathroom with eyes half closed, then going back to bed, trying not to be distracted while going back to sleep by lying on my back and connecting to my breath. I like to feel my breath. It calms me down but many times, it doesn’t work and I pick up my phone and look at comedians on instagram. The phone tires my brain and I fall back to sleep. It can take up to an hour though.
Sometimes I just think I should be just knocked out at night. Why do I need to work on falling asleep so much?
