All Spiritual teachings speak about “oneness” and how we are all actually part of the same whole. The same “one”. Yet, most of the time I feel exactly the opposite.

I separate myself from “me” and “I” to “them” and “they.” What I think versus what they think. I’m right and they are wrong. I know and they don’t.

The few moments in life when I felt that oneness it opened my heart in a way I wish could be constant.  It’s the way I want to live: in “oneness”.

Have you experienced oneness in your life? How has that shifted your point of view?

Can we work with the tension of the opposite feelings inside us to find that unity?
