The theme of “transformation” feels especially powerful this year. As we began planning our 2025 collections, the concept naturally emerged in our discussions, aligning beautifully with the Year of the Snake (Lunar New Year 2025). Interestingly, this theme has also resonated within our team on a personal and collective level.

This past year, we’ve experienced significant growth. We’ve come to understand our differences; emotionally, physically, and politically, and have learned how to work together despite these challenges. It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been profoundly rewarding.

For me personally, this journey has been about learning acceptance and tolerance. I’m a better listener to those I do not agree with.
