What did you do or did for a living?
I am a champion for my nonprofit clients. I write federal, state, corporate and foundation grants. I continuously bring in money to sustain and grow their causes. As a grant writer, I am an invisible pee wee with a mighty voice that facilitates charity and good works by simply sitting at my desk! Aren’t you jealous?
What woman from history (alive or dead) would you love to have dinner with and why?
I would love to meet Sister Teresa to learn about her resiliency and tireless dedication.
What piece of wisdom would you like to pass along to younger women?
It is found in this quote hanging in my office:

What would you do if you had the whole day for yourself?
I would take an art class to challenge myself.
What do you love most about being a woman?
I’ve learned that women are more influential than we know. At my age and in my profession, most people are deferential to me which gives me the ability to be irrepressibly generous, joyful and loving. It’s very liberating to live confidently.
What is the one piece of clothing you cannot live without?
I always need a cute and comfy top. I like classic styling with a dash of whimsy. This is why I LOVE Alembika.
