MEET YAEL: #ALEMBIKAWOMEN

Yael Edelist is our fearless leader here at the NYC showroom and warehouse for Alembika USA. She is the backbone of the office and the woman our customers know and love. She is a calming and zen tour de force, offering advice and reassurance to all who seek it. Yael’s reflective and vulnerable nature inspires all of us to be a little more self-aware and introspective in our day-to-day lives.

We asked Yael our 5 #AlembikaWomen questions and here’s what she had to say…

What do you do for work?

I am the president of Alembika USA.

What do you do when you don’t know what to do?

I don’t do anything. I know answers will come my way if I don’t obsess over it.

What would you do if you had the whole day to yourself?

I would meet a friend I haven’t seen in a while, or simply relax in my house. I work long hours and when I have a day for myself, I find it really rewarding to just be home, read a book, cook, and connect with my family in Israel.

What is the best thing about being a woman?

Being sensitive, aware, flexible and a mother.

What is one piece of clothing you cannot live without?

100% Alembika Iconic Stretch Jeans. I own almost every color. They are my uniform.
