What do you do when you don’t know what to do?
I pull out some silk and paint, or I read.
What would you do if you had the whole day for yourself?
I would have my friends over for some pool time or cards and conversation, and a glass of wine.
What is the one piece of clothing you cannot live without?
A jacket covers a multitude of “sins,” and completes the outfit.
What is the best thing about being a woman?
This is a hard one! I would have to say having the opportunity to raise 3 wonderful, independent children, and now I get to love and spoil my Grandson! I have always loved being able to wear beautiful clothes and jewelry. Menswear is less creative. My grandmother was a seamstress and she made some lovely dresses (some with the scratchy can-cans of the day!) for me and my Barbie doll. Even today, I love to wear nice clothing, I’ve never been a T-shirt gal. Nowadays I go for classy, but less fancy clothing. I love Alembika because it is very comfortable and artistic.
