On the Launch of Alembika’s Fall 2026 Collections

For many women, fall fashion is the most exciting season of the year. It’s the return of rich textures, thoughtful layering, and pieces that feel both comforting and inspiring.

At Alembika, fall is about so much more than trends. Every collection begins with a deep understanding of how women truly live—traveling, working, gathering with friends, and embracing this beautiful chapter of life with confidence and authenticity.

This season introduces regal jewel tones, featherlight fabrics, plush urban essentials, and polished separates infused with shimmer and personality.

We sat down with Yael Edelist, President of Alembika USA, to discuss the inspiration behind Fall 2026 and how these collections continue to celebrate real women.

What was the guiding inspiration behind this fall’s collections?

Yael: Fall always makes us think about comfort and connection. This season, we wanted women to feel wrapped in warmth but never weighed down.

We focused on texture and color in a very emotional way. Velvet, corduroy, sweater knits, soft fleece—these fabrics bring comfort, while jewel tones and artistic prints bring joy and confidence.

Women today want clothing that allows them to feel beautiful and expressive, but also completely comfortable. We designed this collection to support her lifestyle and to make getting dressed feel inspiring again.

The Fall 2026 collections are incredibly varied. Which collections best represent the modern Alembika woman?

Yael: Each collection reflects a different side of her personality.

Fall Colors: Regal Hues is for the woman who loves artistry and richness. The jewel tones and mixed textures create pieces that feel special enough for evenings yet easy enough for daytime.

Urban Soft Edge represents our signature DNA. Women tell us repeatedly that they want clothing that feels cozy but still looks elevated. This collection delivers exactly that.

Fall Layers: Featherlight Fête is for women who love versatility. These are lightweight layers, bold matching sets, and pieces that make travel and transitional weather effortless.

And Back to Business speaks to women who continue to lead, create, and move through busy lives. She wants polish, but she also wants personality.

How do these collections reflect current fashion trends for women over 45?

Yael: Women over 45 are no longer dressing according to rules. They are dressing according to who they are. We see women embracing color again. They are mixing patterns, layering textures, and wearing pieces that express individuality.

Head-designer, Hagar, takes inspiration from what is happening in fashion and then she translates it into clothing that works for real women.

This season you’ll see:

  • Rich jewel tones
  • Velvet and tactile fabrics
  • Matching patterned sets
  • Elevated comfort dressing
  • Metallic accents and silver details

These trends feel modern, but they also feel timeless.

Travel and lifestyle continue to influence fashion choices. Was that part of the design process this season?

Yael: Absolutely.

Our women are traveling more than ever, but travel today means many things. It could be a weekend getaway, visiting grandchildren, a business trip, or simply having a full day with many different activities.

She needs clothing that transitions beautifully.

The featherlight layers are perfect for changing temperatures and packing. Urban Soft Edge offers pieces that can be rolled into a suitcase and worn immediately. Even our polished collections maintain softness and ease.

Women don’t want complicated wardrobes anymore. They want versatility and comfort.

Alembika has always championed individuality. How is that message evolving?

Yael: By continuing to listen.

Our customers constantly remind us that fashion should make you feel free. They want clothing that reflects who they are today—not who society thinks they should be.

We design for women with real bodies, real schedules, and real lives.

Empowerment is feeling comfortable in your own skin. It’s wearing color if you love color. It’s wearing oversized silhouettes if they make you feel amazing. It’s embracing softness and confidence at the same time.

That is what Fall 2026 is about.

What do you hope women feel when they wear Alembika this season?

Yael: I hope they feel warm, creative, and confident.

I hope they feel inspired to play with texture and color. I hope they feel comfortable enough to move through their busy days with ease.

Most importantly, I hope they feel like themselves.

Because the best style is not about becoming someone else.

It’s about celebrating exactly who you are.
