As a company that designs for women, by women, conversations about beauty come up often. Our team consists of different ages and generations. I am always fascinated by how we each think and feel differently about what beauty means to each.  For some, beauty is about confidence and character and for others, it’s about embracing the journey of aging gracefully.

We live in an age of Botox, fillers, Ozempic, and everything in between.

Some of our team members, confident and strong women, swear by their quarterly skincare treatments and healthy routines alike. They say staying active keeps the inside young  and a little aesthetic help makes sure the outside reflects that same energy.

How do you define beauty?
