When does a thought become a decision? How do we know when to act on an idea?

I had many ideas that I acted on failed.

Some others were a success.

What was the difference?

I look back and try to analyze those failures and successes.

When I paid too much attention to what other people thought, followed other people’s ideas without checking in with myself, when I let things happen without my involvement, they failed.

Ideas come up. Listen to your own voice first! Brainstorm with your staff and team and listen to everyone’s voices and ideas, then pause!  Go back to your own voice and make a decision.

You will probably succeed.

Happy week!
