Tai Chi teaches me to be comfortable with uncomfortable situations. We hold poses, we work our legs, we learn to move in a group.

The more I do it, the more comfortable I get. Learning how to pause, stay with it, not escaping. Learning to feel the energy of the group and my opponents and respond accordingly. Stick to others and to the group.

Can you stay comfortable in discomfort?
