The next lovely lady on our team is Claire, our assistant merchandiser and shipping/returns guru.

Claire is a style icon on the team and we can always count on her to be wearing a fabulous outfit with a punk rock edge.

We asked Claire our 5 #AlembikaWomen questions and her answers are fresh, fun and wholesome. We would expect nothing less!

What do you do for work?
I’m the Assistant Merchandising Manager and office jack-of-all-trades. If anyone on the team needs extra hands, I’m there.

What do you do when you don’t know what to do?
Depending on the situation, I try not to panic, and call the people closest to me for guidance. Usually it involves crying, even if it’s not that serious. Sometimes I’ll go on a long walk in the park to be alone and uninterrupted with my thoughts.

What would you do if you had the whole day to yourself?
Sleep in, make an elaborate breakfast, and if a friend can tag along, I’d journey to a really big thrift store, split up for like 3 hours, and then go through our finds together at the end. It always helps to have a second opinion. End the day with a dozen oysters and a martini, and if I’m really lucky, a house party.

What is the best thing about being a woman?
Having compassion.

What is the one piece of clothing you cannot live without?
A black mini skirt. Self-explanatory!
