I am inspired by our week of wellness messages, as we all have different ways to stay connected to oneself. 

I was always attracted to the Buddhist philosophy and way of living and have found many good tools for living a happier and more connected life through it… Starting my day with a quote I relate to, doing my Tai Chi practice and meeting with a group of people to practice together, all keep me connected to what’s important.
