A group of our friends met for New Year’s Eve. We talked about our narratives that we have been holding on to and are ready to let go of so we can welcome new narratives that we want to work on this year.

It was very inspiring to listen to everyone’s honest testimonies. I have a few narratives that I’m ready to let go of. I always thought that as a mother I have the answers for my kids and I know better and what’s good for them. But lately I realize that I can let that story go.

I trust that they know what’s right for them. I can let go.

What a freeing feeling.
