Every season brings a chance to pause and evaluate if we are showing up authentically or if we are presenting old and irrelevant parts of ourselves that are no longer who we are.

When we were little, fall was when we got new clothes to accommodate our changing bodies. As teens, clothing then became a way to visually communicate who we were now entering the new school year.

Fall is a good time to revisit our wardrobe and ask, “am I showing up on the outside the way I feel on the inside?”
